I am looking
for the genuine rice paper that you put under cakes and make cookies
with. It is totally edible and very fine, almost translucent (like tissue
paper) I live in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach, CA. Is there a store in this
area that supply this, PLEASE? I want it for myself, I am not in catering.

what you're looking for. I don't know exactly where to buy the rice
paper but suggest that you start by contacting Surfas, a restaurant
and gourmet food distributor in Los Angeles. They are the kind of people
who could get you the stuff or tell you where to go. Here is their website:
