I've been eyeing a few books you've mentioned in your list (I'm barely starting my own collection), and will certainly use your list as a guide. I love the bit about getting great success from following your own instructions. I have gotten great results from your recipes and instructions too! :)

I have Hot Sour Salty Sweet and it's such a beautiful book. Can't wait to get your new dumpling book. You can never have too many dumplings!
